FAQ's

If it appears that inclement weather or other circumstances might cause delays or cancellations to our Evening tennis classes, we strive to make a decision by 3pm so that information can be posted on our website and/or phone system. Please check our cancellations/changes page to ensure that classes have not been cancelled. Any classes due to inclement weather or other circumstances will be made up during the make-up week.

If any parents/students wish to take pictures or videos of their kid(s) in any of our tennis programs, please contact an instructor or the head tennis pro in advance so that we can make sure no other students/campers are on the tennis court, and to insure that you take pictures of your kid(s) only. This policy is subject to change. Thanks for your cooperation.

The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the participant has a doctor's note, and there are no make-ups except for inclement weather. Refunds shall be granted before a class begins for an incapacitating medical hardship with a doctors note. Any approved refund will be granted minus a 15% processing fee. If we cancel a program for any reason, there will be a full refund with no processing fee. Any refund granted after a class begins shall be prorated in addition to the 15% processing fee. If false information is given on a registration form, the registration is null and void and there will be no refund.
