Our online registration system requires that you create a profile as well as a username and password to register for our programs.
1. All students must bring his/her own tennis racquet and sneakers to each class.
2. Slammer Tennis World reserves the right to place each student into the appropriate class, time slot and skill level.
3. In order to run a class, we need 2 or more students in a particular class; if we do not have the minimum number to run a class, then that class will either be cancelled or you may be asked to attend a different class/time.
4. Our Refund Policy: The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the participant has a doctor's note, and there are no make-ups except for inclement weather.
Refunds shall be granted before a class begins for an incapacitating medical hardship with a doctors note. Any approved refund will be granted minus a 15% processing fee. If we cancel a program for any reason, there will be a full refund with no processing fee. Any refund granted after a class begins shall be prorated in addition to the 15% processing fee. If false information is given on a registration form, the registration is null and void and there will be no refund.
Please note the following about our online registrations:
a. Always register before the deadline; please make a note of our registration deadlines for our programs. We charge a $20.00 late registration fee, plus Slammer Tennis World reserves the right to close online registration at its discretion.
b. You must setup an online registration account for your household before you can register for any programs. You can then add additional family members that you want to register for certain programs.
C. When the registration is complete, a copy of your receipt will be emailed to you, and you will have the option of printing your receipt and/or waiver.
